Systematic identification of anti-phage defense systems.

This Bactopia Tool uses DefenseFinder to systematically search for and identify all known anti-phage defense systems in bacterial genomes using HMM-based protein domain detection.

Usage

Bactopia CLI:

bactopia --wf defensefinder \
--bactopia /path/to/your/bactopia/results

Nextflow:

Logs

Each process that is executed will have a folder named logs. In this folder are helpful files for you to review if the need ever arises.

Filtering Parameters

Max Job Request Parameters

Set the top limit for requested resources for any single job.
